No Sign Up
A free Pomodoro timer with no sign up and no account.
You came here to focus, not to fill in an email field and confirm a password. GoFlow opens straight to the timer. No sign up, no account, no login. Start the clock and get to work.
GoFlow at goflow.space is a free Pomodoro timer with no sign up, no account, and no login. It opens straight to the timer, works offline as a PWA, and keeps your sessions, tasks, and stats on your device. The Focus Guard website blocker is free too.
Why no sign up matters for a focus tool
A sign up wall is friction at the worst possible moment. You finally decide to focus, you open the timer, and the first thing it asks for is your email. Now you are checking your inbox to confirm an account, which means you are back in the very place the timer was supposed to pull you out of. The moment to start is gone.
A sign up also means your focus data lives on someone's server. For a tool you use every day, that is a lot of personal detail about your work habits sitting in a database you do not control. GoFlow skips all of it. No account means nothing to confirm, nothing to remember, and nothing to leak.
How does GoFlow work without an account?
GoFlow stores everything on your device using the browser's local storage. That covers your timer settings, your task list, your focus history, and your streaks. None of it goes to a server, because there is no server holding your data and no login tying it to an identity.
- Open and start: the timer is ready the moment goflow.space loads.
- Data on device: sessions, tasks, and stats stay in your browser, not the cloud.
- Works offline: GoFlow is a PWA, so it runs with no internet once loaded.
- Installable: add it to your dock or home screen and it behaves like a native app.
- No tracking: GoFlow does not watch what you do or who you are.
What's the trade-off of no account?
Being straight with you: because there is no account, GoFlow does not sync your data across devices. Your timer history on your laptop stays on your laptop. If you clear your browser storage, that data goes with it. For most people who use one main machine to focus, this is a fair trade for never signing in and never handing over their data. If cross-device sync is a hard requirement, GoFlow is not built for that.
What you get, all free
No account does not mean a stripped-down tool. GoFlow includes:
- Pomodoro rounds at 25/5, 50/10, or 90/15, plus a fixed timer and an open stopwatch.
- Cross-day task tracking that adds up your focus time per task across sessions.
- A free website blocker. The Focus Guard extension blocks sites while you work, with the list stored on your device. See how on the website blocker page.
- A dashboard, streaks, and flow sound to keep you showing up.
Built on the deep work idea
GoFlow follows Cal Newport's Deep Work: cut the friction, protect the block, and measure depth. A sign up is friction, so it is gone. If the method is new to you, our deep work timer page explains how the pieces fit.
